Harpenden yoga classes available to men and women of all ages and abilities to promote flexibility as well as the benefits of therapeutic relaxation. All classes are Hatha yoga - the most widely practiced form of yoga - and are taught by a qualified British Wheel of Yoga experienced teacher. Yoga is for everyone, whether you are fit and flexible, stiff and tense, young or old.
Many people come to yoga for the same reason: because their bodies feel tight, uncomfortable or weak and they are experiencing symptoms of stress and tension induced by their hectic lifestyles.

Beginning yoga is easy.
