All classes are Hatha yoga - the most widely practiced form of yoga - and are taught by by a qualified British Wheel of Yoga experienced teacher. Yoga is for everyone, whether you are fit and flexible, stiff and tense, young or old.

Beginning yoga is easy. Whatever your age or physical condition you can embark on a yoga practice today and gain some instant benefits, such as lift your mood and energy level, a feeling of calmness and relaxation, and a better night's sleep.
